Whether it's a log cabin, campervan, snowboards or diving gear - I'm no stranger to renting things and having a great experience for it.

I started Axle Flow in 2025, with the goal to help rental business owners reduce workload whilst also increasing revenue and efficiency, converting more people into loyal customers.

After doing a ski season in Banff, Canada as a ski & snowboard rental team leader I went straight to Vancouver Island and rented a campervan from a local family run business. From both my job and the family run campervan business, I witnessed first hand the often overlooked, overwhelming amount of work and stress that is involved in running a rental business.

With 28 vans in circulation, the owner did not have the time, nor the energy to be constantly answering repetitive questions or worrying about the customer journey. I realized that AI could not only have saved the owner hours, shredded workload and stress but would have helped me, the customer, book faster and given me, a more seamless, informative journey throughout the process.

I got back to the UK and that's when Axle Flow was born...
