I started Axle Flow in 2025, with the goal to help rental business owners convert customers. In doing so consequentially reducing workload and also increasing revenue and efficiency.
After renting a campervan from a local family run business in Vancouver Island, Canada I witnessed first hand the often overlooked, overwhelming amount of work and stress that is involved in running a rental business.
With 28 vans in circulation, the owner did not have the time, nor the energy to be constantly answering repetitive questions or worrying about the customer journey. I realized that AI could not only have saved the owner hours, shredded workload and stress but would have helped me, the customer, book faster and given me, a more seamless, informative journey throughout the process.
I got back to the UK and that's when Axle Flow was born...
